Seaside Inn

Would definitely return and stay here again. The morning breakfast basket was great and included coffee, yogurt, orange juice, bagels, muffins, milk, and cereal. The rooms included dorm fridge, microwave, glasses, bowls, plates, and silverware so we were able to have enough space and supplies for lunches. The room was fine and the staff was great. We enjoyed the pool and the bikes. The short walk to the beach was perfect. We had a great time here and I'd recommend it to anybody traveling to this area!

Quiet and fun atmosphere!!! Reminds me of growing up and vacationing in Florida. Accommodations are all updated but you have the old Florida beach feel before condos and high rises. The staff are incredible, so helpful and kind!!! Steven and the other people at the front desk were incredible. True customer service at its very best!!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff and the Sea Side Inn. Not only is the place and location perfect but they offer breakfast every morning, free kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and lounge chairs. A+++++ all the way. Can’t wait to come back!!!! They truly made our family vacation one of the very best ;)))

Seaside Inn was the perfect getaway for me and my three kids after a difficult school year. The proximity to the beach was fantastic and I enjoyed shelling most mornings around sunrise. The facilities were clean and well-kept and the employees were all fantastic. Thomas at reception was very helpful and welcoming. The kids loved being able to go swimming almost everyday and enjoyed using the pool noodles and floats that were provided. Breakfast was great and the amenities (i.e., sand toys, beach towels, on-site laundry machines, free parking, etc.) made our stay easy and enjoyable. We hope to return in the near future.

This property is a bit older but everything in our room worked well. The location just can’t be any better. It’s quiet, you are right on the beach and it’s a nice walk to the lighthouse. We saw dolphins every day. They have bikes and paddle boards that kept the kids busy. The ocean is very shallow for a long way and was pretty calm when we were there

The office staff was fantastic. We stayed Fri-Sun & loved every minute of our experience. We were looking for a quiet & relaxing beach get away for our anniversary & Seaside Inn of Sanibel delivered! We didn’t take advantage of the kayak or paddle boards but having the beach chairs & umbrellas on the beach were a great addition. We stayed on a 1st floor partial Gulf view & when we come back we will opt for a 2nd floor full Gulf view. The saltwater swimming pool was very clean & the grounds were impeccable. We also used the bikes to explore a bit of the area around us. We highly recommend this property for a maximum relaxation getaway!

Great resort! Right on the beach. Very friendly staff. Lots of extras like paddle boards, kayaks, and bicycles to take out all included in the cost of the room. Fresh fruit basket on the counter along with goodies like bagels pastries milk and fresh squeezed orange juice delivered to your room every morning. Excellent vacation spot. Wish we could have stayed longer!!!

Such a great place to stay, especially during the off season. You will feel like you have the entire place to yourself. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. During check in they tell you all about the island, like where to go eat, when the best time for shelling is, how to avoid the bugs, etc. All great information. The rooms are clean and updated but still have that beach cottage feel. They offer free towels, bikes, kayaks and more. I would probably stay here every time I visit Sanibel.

Rustic hotel, truly a beach getaway. Front desk staff friendly and very helpful. No room service since we only stayed 2 nights. Slightly musty smelling in our room, but beds were comfy, clean linens, beach was outstanding for shell seeking and swimming. Small pool was perfect for an early evening dip. Planning to return during the cooler months for a longer stay to enjoy the kayaks, bikes, and maybe even grill. One of our favorite vacations!
